London Office

London is home to our largest office, where many of our key corporate functions are based. Located on Wigmore Street in the heart of the W1 district, the office is a major centre for our IT, Marketing, Leasing, People, Finance and Legal teams, all of which have a significant presence on site.

The UK was where our McArthurGlen journey began, and since 1995, we have been a leading force in the country’s designer outlet market. We pioneered the concept of premium outlet shopping and have delivered exceptional value to millions of visitors each year. Our focus on combining luxury brands with accessible prices has helped transform retail tourism across the UK.

Today, we operate seven prominent designer outlets across the country: Ashford, Bridgend, Cheshire Oaks, East Midlands, Swindon, West Midlands, and York. Each centre offers a distinctive shopping experience tailored to its region, featuring hundreds of designer and lifestyle brands in vibrant, village-style settings.

From Cheshire Oaks - the UK’s largest designer outlet and one of the most visited in Europe, to the recently opened West Midlands centre, we continue to expand and innovate, providing visitors with a mix of fashion, dining, and leisure options in convenient, welcoming environments.

Ashford

We opened McArthurGlen Ashford in 2000. Located in Kent, just 10 minutes from Ashford International Station, we combine over 80 designer boutiques with a vibrant village-style setting.

Bridgend

Situated in South Wales, we opened McArthurGlen Bridgend in 1998. We offer over 90 stores nestled in a picturesque setting that blends traditional Welsh architecture with contemporary retail design, just a short drive from Cardiff.

Cheshire Oaks

Located near Chester, McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks opened in 1995 as the UK’s largest outlet, offering over 140 stores with luxury and high-street brands in a spacious, open-air setting inspired by the local countryside.

West Midlands

We opened McArthurGlen West Midlands in 2021, located just outside Birmingham city centre. With over 80 stores, we combine contemporary design with urban accessibility, offering an exciting shopping destination in the heart of the UK.

York

We opened McArthurGlen York in 1997, located just outside the historic city of York. With over 120 stores, our centre’s design draws on the city’s rich medieval heritage, creating a unique shopping environment.
