1. To claim the prize you must be: (a) a UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.

5. The competition closes on Sunday 5th Novmber 2023 at 8pm.
6. The prize must be claimed from our Haribo store at East Midlands Designer Outlet.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative equal or of higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

16. Claimants may be required to participate in publicity related to this promotion in any media which may include the publication of their name and photograph on the Promoter's social media account
17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes that are lost, mislaid, or damaged once the recipient has collected them from Bedeck, regardless of cause.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend this promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
20. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
21. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
22. Nothing in these terms exclude the Promoter's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
