Terms & Conditions

General

All benefits are subject to availability, valid only at participating partners, and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Benefits may vary by centre and are offered at the discretion of participating partners.

Only those benefits that are listed on the respective redemption tool at the time of activation are available to the guest.
No entitlement exists to benefits not displayed on the redemption tool.

Each promotion is valid for one (1) redemption per person only.
Benefits may not be redeemed multiple times by the same individual, regardless of visit frequency or centre location.

Validity

All benefits are valid until either a maximum of 500 redemptions has been reached or until the stated expiry date, whichever occurs first.
No benefit will be valid beyond this point.

Redemption

Benefits are valid only where applicable and must be used strictly in accordance with the conditions set out below.

All benefits must be activated in advance at the Guest Services Desk of the respective centre.
Redemption in stores or restaurants is only permitted once activation has been completed.

Benefits are limited to one redemption per person per campaign and may not be reissued, reused, or redeemed again.

No right to redemption exists where capacity limits have been reached, where services are unavailable, or where a participating partner has temporarily withdrawn from the programme.

Benefit activation may require an additional tool, where communicated as part of the promotion, such as a membership card of one of our partners.

 

Definitions of Individual Benefits

10% Extra Discount on Outlet Prices

This benefit entitles the holder to an additional 10% discount on outlet prices, valid only in participating stores included in the “Fashion Passport” programme.

• Valid only at participating stores
• Not valid in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or offers
• Selected product categories may be excluded
• A list of participating stores per centre is available upon request at the Guest Services of the respective centre

Drink Voucher

A Drink Voucher is a consumption voucher with a value of €5 / £5 / CAD 5, or an equivalent voucher for a predefined selection of beverages.

• Currency is determined by the location of the centre
• Valid for one single consumption at designated restaurants or food & beverage outlets within the centre
• No cash alternative or refund available
• One voucher per person per campaign
• A list of participating outlets is available upon request at the Guest Services of the respective centre

Premium Services

Premium Services provide complimentary access to at least one Guest Service that is not classified as a standard McArthurGlen service.

Premium Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Premium Parking
• Shopping Bag Drop‑Off
• Luggage Drop‑Off
• Hands‑free Shopping
• Use of Kids Cabs

The specific Premium Service offered varies by centre. Details of which services are available at each centre are available upon request at the Guest Services Desk of the respective centre. All Premium Services are subject to availability. Each Premium Service may be used once per person per promotion only.

Lounge Access

Lounge Access provides entry to a dedicated lounge area with restricted access (by invitation only).

• Lounge facilities are not available at all centres
• A limited selection of complimentary beverages is included
• Access is limited to a maximum of one (1) hour per person
• Lounge entry is subject to capacity and availability at the time of visit
• One lounge visit per person per redemption tool
• Lounge availability can be requested at the Guest Services of the respective centre
• Replacement Benefit: Where a lounge is not available or capacity has been reached, a Drink Voucher (as defined above) will be provided as a replacement benefit. No additional or repeat replacement benefit will be issued.

Final Provisions

McArthurGlen reserves the right to amend participating partners, services, or operational processes for valid business reasons, provided that the overall value of the benefit is not materially diminished.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable local law.
