General

All benefits are subject to availability, valid only at participating partners, and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or offers, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Benefits may vary by centre, country, participating store, restaurant, service provider, campaign or partner and are offered at the discretion of the participating partner.

Not all benefits are available at all centres.

Only those benefits that are listed within the applicable promotion, redemption tool, digital account, loyalty account, wallet, landing page or activation journey at the time of activation are available to the guest.

No entitlement exists to benefits that are not displayed within the applicable promotion or activation journey.

Each promotion is valid for one (1) redemption per person only.

Benefits may not be redeemed multiple times by the same individual, regardless of visit frequency or centre location.

Access to Benefits

Access to benefits may require registration, sign-in or activation through a McArthurGlen Loyalty Programme account, partner account, digital wallet or another McArthurGlen-approved digital platform, as communicated in the relevant promotion.

Promotion materials, QR codes, e-invites, landing pages, partner links, digital vouchers, redemption tools or other partner-specific access tools may provide access to such accounts and associated benefits.

Only benefits successfully activated and displayed within the applicable account, wallet or redemption journey are available for redemption.

Eligibility, activation requirements, available benefits, benefit values, redemption methods and promotional mechanics may vary by promotion, partner, centre and country.

McArthurGlen reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotional access method, account functionality or activation process at any time.

Promotional Communications

Promotional messages, savings claims and discount references communicated by McArthurGlen, its centres or participating partners may vary by country, centre, campaign, retailer and applicable legal requirements.

References to savings, discounts or pricing statements, including but not limited to statements such as "up to 70% off", "up to 60% off" or similar promotional messages, are indicative only and may differ between countries, centres, retailers and campaigns.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, any savings or discount claims are based on the manufacturer's recommended retail price (RRP) or an equivalent reference price as determined by the participating retailer and in accordance with applicable local laws and market practices.

Participating retailers remain solely responsible for the pricing, discount levels and savings claims applicable to their products.

Validity

All benefits are valid until either the maximum of 250 redemptions for the relevant campaign, promotion, partner code or activation code has been reached or the stated expiry date has been reached, whichever occurs first.

No benefit will be valid beyond this point.

McArthurGlen reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw benefits at any time without prior notice where operational, commercial or legal requirements make this necessary.

Redemption

Benefits are valid only where applicable and must be used strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and any conditions stated in the relevant promotion.

All benefits must be activated in advance using the applicable activation method communicated as part of the promotion.

Where required, activation must take place at the Guest Services Desk of the respective centre prior to redemption.

Benefits are limited to one redemption per person per campaign and may not be reissued, reused, transferred, resold or redeemed again.

Each campaign, promotion, partner code, activation code or redemption code is limited to a maximum of 250 redemptions during the applicable campaign period. Once this limit has been reached, the promotion shall automatically expire and no further redemptions will be accepted, regardless of whether the stated campaign end date has been reached.  

No right to redemption exists where:

• capacity limits have been reached;
• services are unavailable;
• a participating partner has withdrawn from the programme;
• required activation steps have not been completed; or
• eligibility requirements have not been met.

 

Additional Provisions Regarding Benefits and Services

Any examples of benefits, services, participating stores, participating restaurants, redemption methods, activation methods, digital tools, promotional materials, loyalty accounts, partner accounts, vouchers, passes or related programme features contained within these Terms & Conditions or any associated promotional communications are illustrative only and do not constitute an exhaustive list.

The enumeration of specific benefits or services shall not be interpreted as a commitment to provide all listed items at every centre, campaign or promotion.

McArthurGlen reserves the right to determine the format, delivery method and availability of benefits at its sole discretion.

Benefits may be provided in physical, digital, account-based, QR-code-based, voucher-based, loyalty-programme-based or any other format communicated as part of the relevant promotion.

The availability, presentation and activation of benefits may vary by centre, country, participating partner, campaign and applicable operational requirements.

Definitions of Individual Benefits

10% Extra Discount on Outlet Prices ("Fashion Passport")

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, "Fashion Passport" means the McArthurGlen tourism benefit pass or any equivalent McArthurGlen-issued discount card, loyalty benefit, voucher, QR code, digital pass, partner account benefit, wallet benefit or promotional access tool providing access to the 10% Extra Discount.

The benefit entitles the holder to an additional discount on outlet prices where applicable and only at participating stores in participating McArthurGlen centres.

Participating stores, eligible product categories, exclusions and acceptance criteria may vary by centre, country and store and may change from time to time.

The 10% Extra Discount:

• is valid only at participating stores;
• is subject to individual retailer participation;
• may exclude selected product categories;
• may exclude selected brands, collections or merchandise;
• cannot be combined with sale items, clearance reductions, loyalty offers, staff discounts, brand promotions or any other discount unless expressly stated otherwise by the participating store;
• is available only where applicable and accepted by the participating store.

The current list of participating stores and applicable exclusions is available at the Guest Services Desk of the relevant centre and/or within the applicable digital redemption journey.

Such list shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy with promotional materials, advertisements or third-party communications.

The Fashion Passport may be activated only in accordance with the activation rules applicable to the relevant campaign, promotion, partner programme or digital account.

Drink Voucher

A Drink Voucher is a consumption voucher with a value of €5 / £5 / CAD 5, or an equivalent voucher for a predefined selection of beverages.

• Currency is determined by the location of the centre.
• Valid for one single consumption at designated food and beverage outlets.
• No cash alternative or refund is available.
• One voucher per person per campaign.
• Participating outlets may vary by centre and may change from time to time.

A list of participating outlets is available at the Guest Services Desk of the relevant centre.

Premium Services

Premium Services provide complimentary access to at least one Guest Service that is not classified as a standard McArthurGlen service.

Premium Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Premium Parking
• Shopping Bag Drop-Off
• Luggage Drop-Off
• Hands-Free Shopping
• Kids Cabs
• Fast Track Services
• Priority Access Services
• Other centre-specific premium services

The specific Premium Service offered varies by centre.

All Premium Services:

• are subject to availability;
• may vary by centre and country;
• may be withdrawn, modified or substituted without notice;
• may be provided in digital or physical formats where applicable;
• may be used once per person per promotion only.

Details of available Premium Services can be obtained from the Guest Services Desk of the relevant centre.

Lounge Access

Lounge Access provides entry to a dedicated lounge area where available.

• Lounge facilities are not available at all centres.
• Access is subject to capacity and availability at the time of visit.
• A limited selection of complimentary refreshments may be included.
• Access may be restricted by operating hours and centre-specific policies.
• One lounge visit per person per redemption tool or promotion.

Where lounge access is unavailable, a replacement benefit may be offered at the discretion of the relevant centre.

No entitlement exists to a specific replacement benefit.

Limitation of Liability

McArthurGlen accepts no responsibility for benefits, products, services, discounts or promotional claims provided by participating retailers, restaurants or third-party service providers.

Participating partners are solely responsible for the availability, quality, fulfilment, pricing and savings claims of their respective offers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall create any entitlement to compensation, reimbursement or alternative benefits where a promotion, benefit or service is unavailable.

Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions may be amended from time to time.

The latest version shall always be available through McArthurGlen's official tourism communications and digital channels.

Participation in a promotion and redemption of any benefit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
