Gift Card Promotion Designer Outlet Neumünster

Terms and conditions: By participating in the competition, you agree that the terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the organiser. Participation in the competition is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions.

Organiser: The organiser of this competition is Designer Outlet Neumünster (Neumünster Designer Outlet GmbH, Oderstraße 10, 24539 Neumünster; legal notice: https://www.mcarthurglen.com/outlets/de/de/designer-outlet-neumuenster/kontakt/).

Competition: The competition period runs from 28 August 2025 to 30 August 2025. Participation: Make a purchase during Premium Days from one of the premium brands participating in the event, receive a competition voucher, and secure your chance to win one of 51 prizes. To enter the prize draw, exchange your voucher for an entry form at Guest Services by 5 p.m. on November 2, register with your name and email address, and you're in. Only one entry per person.

Eligibility: Only natural persons are eligible to participate. The following are not eligible to participate:

(a) Employees or immediate family members of an employee of the organiser or its advertising partners, their affiliated companies, agents, associated companies or subsidiaries, as well as any person otherwise connected with the administration of the competition.

(b) Persons who have already won a (different) competition organised by the organiser in the past 24 months.

The organiser reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are legitimate reasons for doing so, for example (i) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or the implementation of the competition, (ii) in the event of violations of these terms and conditions of participation, (iii) in the event of unfair conduct or (iv) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

Legal age: By participating in the competition , you confirm that you are either (a) 18 years of age or older or (b) a minor and have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the competition.

Prize: Grand prize: One €250 gift certificate for Designer Outlet Neumünster, plus a gift certificate for two nights' accommodation for two people, including breakfast and spa access, at Hotel Birke in Kiel. Additional prizes: Fifty €50 gift certificates for Designer Outlet Neumünster. Each shopping voucher cannot be combined with other promotions and/or discounts offered by the organiser. In particular, shopping vouchers are not valid for items that have already been reduced or for special promotions and offers. The shopping vouchers can only be redeemed in participating shops of the organiser; a current list of participating shops can be found on the organiser's homepage at www.designeroutletneumuenster.de and, during the competition period, in printed form on display at the organiser's guest services. Determination of winners:

(a) The winner will be determined by the organizer at Designer Outlet Neumünster after the contest period and notified by email by November 7, 2025. The organiser will determine at its own discretion whether participation fully complies with these terms and conditions.

(b) Each winner determined in the manner described above must collect their prize in person at Designer Outlet Neumünster by December 31, 2025, and will receive their hotel and/or shopping voucher immediately upon presentation of their valid ID card/passport. (c) Each winner must immediately confirm acceptance of the prize by accepting the shopping voucher. The prize will be handed over exclusively at Designer Outlet Neumünster. The prize cannot be paid out in cash or sent by post.

(d) Each winner agrees to the collection and processing of their personal data, images and videos by the organiser for the purpose of publication on the organiser's website and/or for the purpose of passing on the names and places of residence of the winners to third parties in connection with the competition. Personal data includes the name, address and date of birth of the winners. Each winner may revoke their consent at any time by informing the organiser.

(e) Each winner may be asked by the organiser or the respective prize sponsor, at their own discretion, to sign a written statement in which the winner waives all legal claims against the organiser or the prize sponsor in connection with the competition before the prize is awarded to the winner.

Taxes: The organiser is responsible for reporting and paying all taxes, fees and other charges, insurance premiums and processing fees, as well as all other costs incurred in redeeming a prize.

Disclaimer: The organiser accepts no liability and makes no promises of any kind regarding the competition, a prize or the (potential) participant's participation in the competition, unless such promises are expressly stated in these terms and conditions. The organiser excludes all liability for participation in the competition and is therefore not liable for any damage or other disadvantages resulting from participation in the competition or from winning or using a prize. This does not apply to damage to life, limb or health, or to damage resulting from intentional or grossly negligent acts on the part of the organiser, its prize sponsors or its retailers, or their legal representatives or vicarious agents, nor does it apply to liability under the Product Liability Act.

Waiver of legal claims: by participating in the competition, you agree to indemnify the organiser, its prize sponsors, the retailers of McArthurGlen Designer Outlets and their respective affiliated companies and employees against all claims of any kind on your part that arise directly or indirectly from (a) participation in the competition (b) the receipt, use or misuse of the prize (c) printing errors, typographical errors or other errors in any materials related to the competition or the prize, the announcement of the prize or in any other announcements; and (d) other errors in the competition. This does not apply to damage to life, limb or health, or to damage resulting from intentional or grossly negligent acts on the part of the organiser, its prize sponsors or its distributors, or their legal representatives or vicarious agents, nor does it apply to liability under the Product Liability Act.

Changes: The organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel the competition or to change the conditions of participation at its sole discretion in the following situations: (a) in the event of an accident (b) if a printing error, administrative error or other error has occurred (c) if this is necessary for the proper execution of the competition (d) if at any time there are indications of manipulation or other unforeseeable events that could impair the correct execution of the competition. The organiser will announce this on its website: www.designeroutletneumuenster.de.

General provisions: Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in exclusion from the competition at the sole discretion of the organiser. This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law. The organiser is not obliged to disclose any information relating to the competition, including the number of participants or other figures relating to the competition, unless required to do so by law or expressly stated in the terms and conditions. The organiser shall not be liable to anyone (including competition participants) for delays or errors in the execution of the competition caused by circumstances beyond the organiser's control, failures or cases of force majeure. The organiser reserves the right to exclude individual participants from the competition if there is reason to believe that the conditions of participation have been violated or that the competition has been manipulated by this participant. Disputes concerning the competition will be decided at the sole discretion of the organiser, whose decision is final and binding. Legal recourse is excluded.

Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become wholly or partially void, ineffective or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In place of the void, ineffective or unenforceable provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic intent and purpose of the void, ineffective or unenforceable provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these terms and conditions.

Personal data: By participating in the competition, each participant consents to the processing of their personal data exclusively in relation to the competition in accordance with the organiser's privacy policy. Further information on the processing of personal data and your rights can be found in the organiser's privacy policy on their website: https://www.mcarthurglen.com/de/Datenschutz/.

Personal data must be provided in order to participate in the competition. The participant assures that the personal information provided, in particular their first name, surname and email address, is true and correct. The personal data collected in the context of the competition will be processed for the purpose of conducting and processing the competition on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.

The organiser points out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties or made available for use without consent.
