This promotion is managed by DOC MALAGA SITECO SLU (the "Promoter"), company number B87299202, whose registered office is located at Calle Goya, 22, 3ª planta; 28001, Madrid. Participation in this Prize Draw implies full acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions").

To participate in the Promotion and, if applicable, claim the prize you must: (a) be a resident of Spain; and (b) be 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.

Claiming the prize implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The prize entitles participants to one (1) pair of Asics GEL PULSE-12 running shoes that can be redeemed in the Asics store of the centre.

This prize must be claimed before 18 February 2022.

Only one prize will be awarded on Instagram. This prize will be awarded randomly among the participants, using the EasyPromos application that carries out a selection of those users who meet the participation requirements included in the Instagram post described in section 5 of these Terms and Conditions. Likewise, the Promoter will officially announce the winning participants on 4 February 2022 in the original publication of the prize draw.

To participate in the promotion, all you have to do is follow all the instructions in the Instagram post of the Promoter's @mcarthurglenmalaga account, which can be accessed through the following link and which are as follows:

• Be a follower of @mcarthurglenmalaga and @asicsrunning.
• Like the publication of the prize draw.
• Comment the post tagging at least one user. 

The competition will start on 20 January 2022 at 10:00 a.m. (CET) and will finish on February 3 2022 at 23:59 p.m. (CET).


The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age from any entrant.


The prize can only be collected in person at Designer Outlet Malaga's Asics store (unit L41B).

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an equal or higher value alternative if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make this necessary.

This promotion is not open to:
Employees of the Promoter or its holding companies or subsidiaries;
Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding companies or subsidiaries, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration;
Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above; and
persons who, by reason of age or residence, are not eligible to participate in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Participants consent to participation in publicity relating to this promotion in any media, which may include the publication of their name and photograph on the Promoter's social media accounts.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss, misplacement or damage to the prize once the recipient has collected it from Designer Outlet Malaga, regardless of the cause. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for purchases that are not completed for any reason.

The Promoter reserves the right to withhold, void, cancel, suspend or modify this promotion as necessary, unilaterally and without prior notice, and to remove any entrant's entry from the promotion if it detects that they are attempting to defraud, disrupt and/or render useless, directly or indirectly, the smooth running and normal and lawful course of the Promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions and/or to add subsequent annexes on the mechanics and prize, provided that they are justified or do not prejudice the participants, and are duly communicated during the course of the promotion.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors shall in no event be liable to compensate any entrant or accept any responsibility for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising out of participation in the promotion except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Without limitation, the Promoter shall have no liability whatsoever as a result of (a) entries that are incomplete, received late, lost, invalid, tampered with in any way, misdirected, misdirected or do not reach their destination for any reason such as technical or other errors that may occur in the processing of entries; or (b) the temporary unavailability or interruption in the operation of the social networks through which the promotion is organised.

In the event of any divergence between the participants and the interpretation of these General Conditions, the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Malaga (Spain) will be competent to hear any disputes that may arise, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that may correspond to them as consumers and users.
