We have been awarded the "Excellence Services" certification, a distinction that recognizes the quality of our organization and your customer experience.

The sales teams in our boutiques, our Welcome Desk, our Security and Cleaning services, and the center's Management team were all evaluated to validate the consistency of the customer experience offered throughout our designer village.

The evaluation committee particularly appreciated our commitments across the 21 visitor touchpoints and praised the synergy between all boutique teams, management, and partners. The culture of friendliness and helpfulness perceived by our visitors, and embraced by all employees, was especially highlighted.

We are proud to be the first designer village in France to receive this certification!
