One of our favourite trends for this season, cut-out details were seen all over the runways as designers revealed windows of flesh between angular-cut dresses and tops in a neutral palette.

This was not a bare-all moment at all, but rather a subtle motif that highlighted the designers’ cutting and draping techniques. That means sophisticated sexiness in the form of cut-out tops and bodysuits by Maje and Claudie Pierlot, paired with high-waisted tailored trousers, or dresses scooped-out at the waist that use angular pockets of skin as complementary tonal shapes. Minimalistic in form and colour (keep it simple and stick to white, nudes or black), this trend is best accessorised with gold jewellery, strappy sandals, and a leather clutch.
