Our Coach Drop off is located opposite our main entrance, in the Asda Overflow Car Park. Upon arrival, drivers/tour leaders must call Guest Services on 01233 895 900.Our Guest Services team will then Meet and Greet you to distribute Welcome Packs to your group and register you.

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Maximum two operator lunch voucher per group.
We also offer free wheelchair hire. These must be booked in advance so please add this onto your booking request.
