• To claim the prize you must be: (a) a UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
• The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age of any participant.
• To enter the promotion, you have to tell us what your favourite cake to bake by commenting on the giveaway Facebook post by Thursday 3 December, 12:59 GMT.
• The prize entitles you to: 1 x Christmas cakelet tray, 1 x 20cm round springform cake tin, double oven gloves and an apron.
• The opening date for entries to the prize draw is at 10:00 GMT on Thursday 26 November and the closing date of the prize draw is at 13:00 GMT on Thursday 3 December 2020. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
• A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on Thursday 3 December 2020 after 13:00 GMT.
• The competition will run on McArthurGlen Ashford's Facebook page.
• The winner will be notified via Facebook.
• This prize must be collected from the Le Creuset at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Ashford in person. If the winner does not respond within 20 days of being notified as a winner, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
• Only one prize will be given away.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes that are lost, mislaid, damaged once the prize has been posted.
