In line with the latest English Government update, stores at Ashford Designer Outlet have now reopened on Wednesday 2nd December.

In accordance with Government advice, our dine-in restaurants will remain closed. However, some of our food and drink partners may choose to offer takeaway-only services.

The wellbeing of our customers, brand partners and employees remains of the upmost importance to us. Our centre has attained the Bureau Veritas SafeGuard Covid-19 certification, which is based on the actions we have taken to manage and reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19, in accordance with current good practice, in line with local and national guidelines.

We encourage you to refer to the Government’s guidance on local travel restrictions when planning your visit. We will be updating this website regularly as we open, so please continue to check for further information.

Expected Visitor Numbers November

We recommend that you use our time table to plan your visit for quieter periods in November.

Quiet:
This is expected to be a calm shopping day. There might be waiting lines at some of our popular brands.

Moderate:
The centre is moderately busy and it is expected that there are queues at some of our brands.

Busy:
Today we expect a large number of guests wanting to visit us. Please allow enough time for your visit, as it may come to longer waiting times due to queues. The Centre may have to temporarily prevent access from cars if we reach our capacity.
