TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This promotion is run by McArthurGlen UK Limited (“the Promoter”), company number 02810264, whose registered address is at Nations House, 103 Wigmore Street, London W1U 1WH. 

1.To enter the prize draw you must be 18 years of age and over and located in the UK only.

2.By entering the prize draw you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

3. In order to enter the prize draw you must have completed the following:

• Like the prize draw Instagram post.
• Tag a friend you’d take to watch the film. (more tags = more entries!)✨
• You and your friend must both be following @McArthurGlenBridgend on Instagram.
• Each comment is an entry and people can enter multiple times.

4. There will be one prize for one winner.

The prize includes:

2 x cinema tickets for the Odeon Luxe at McArthurGlen Bridgend

1 x digital Gift card to the value of £27.99 to purchase the film merchandise bundle

5.The prize draw will run from Monday 27 April – Wednesday 29 April 2026 inclusive. The winner will be selected at random from Thursday 30 April 2026.  

6. The prize will be emailed to the winner via their chosen email address in the form of digital codes.
7. The prize will not be given to anyone other than the winner and the Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and/or age of any winner. 
8. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The prize can not be exchanged or returned.
9. McArthurGlen and Odeon reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so. 

11.The competition is not open to: 

employees of McArthurGlen or its holding or subsidiary companies; 

employees of agents or suppliers of McArthurGlen or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or 

members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above. 

12. McArthurGlen accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. 
13. The decision of McArthurGlen regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
14. McArthurGlen reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 
15. McArthurGlen reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 
16. Insofar as is permitted by law, McArthurGlen, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or any participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of McArthurGlen, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 
17. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw in any media which may include the publication of their name and photograph on McArthurGlen social media
18. This prize draw is in no way affiliated, sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

Odeon T&Cs:

1. The voucher:

1.1 can be redeemed for one ticket  per person to view a film at ODEON Bridgend

1.2 the voucher must be redeemed on the app or online at www.odeon.co.uk.The Voucher cannot be redeemed at the box office or ticket machine.
1.3 is valid on 2D, 3D, IMAX, iSENSE, ODEON Luxe cinemas and screens (except Islington), ODEON Newbies, ODEON Kids, ODEON Silver Cinema, Premier seats and other premium priced seats;
1.4 includes 3D glasses for 3D films;
1.5 is not valid on Gallery, family tickets, premieres or special events;
1.6 cannot be used to buy any other ODEON goods or services;
1.7 cannot be used with any other offer or discount; and
1.8 is for your personal use only.
