Terms & Conditions – McArthurGlen Flash Sale Promotion

1.     These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your participation in the Flash Sale Gift Card promotion where customers who spend between £100 and £500 on a McArthurGlen gift card will receive an additional gift card equal to 10% of the purchase value (the “Promotion”). Value examples: It would help to state that a £100 purchase receives £10 additional value and a £500 purchase receives £50. The operator of the Promotion is McArthurGlen UK Limited, Nations House, 3rd Floor, 103 Wigmore Street, London, England, W1U 1QS (“we” or “us” or the “Operator”).

2.     The Promotion will run from 29 August 2026 to and including 31 August 2026 OR if earlier, the date that all available gift cards have been collected (the “Promotion Period”). There is a maximum of £2000 additional gift card spend per day, £6000 in total across the 3-day period. £2,000 total promotional added value per day, which would support up to £20,000 in qualifying purchases. Promotion is subject to availability and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.     In order to enter the Promotion, you must spend between £100 and £500 on a McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks gift card during the Promotion Period. The spend must be on one giftcard only and cannot be used on multiple giftcards. 

4.     To enter the Promotion, you must be:

a.     a UK resident; and

b.     18 years old or over at the time of entry. 

5.     Gift cards must be redeemed from Guest Services at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet on the day of spend and prior to the end of the Promotion Period.

6.     You will receive the 10% promotional added value at the same time as your qualifying gift card purchase. The promotional added value will be issued on a separate gift card. Please note that McArthurGlen Gift Cards are subject to separate terms and conditions.

7.     Only one gift card can be redeemed per person.

8.     The Operator reserves the right to replace the McArthurGlen Gift Card with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Operator’s control make it necessary to do so.

9.     The Operator and any participating brand employees are not permitted to participate in the Promotion.

10.  The Operator accepts no responsibility for gift cards or receipts that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

11.  All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may only be used at participating stores at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet that accept McArthurGlen Gift Cards. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or transferred for cash or any cash alternative. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

12.  The decision of the Operator regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no further correspondence will be entered.

113.  Customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon redeeming the gift card. The Operator reserves the right to refuse the Promotion to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

114.  The Operator reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and/or review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these Terms and Conditions, users shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

15.  Insofar as is permitted by law, the Operator, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any customer or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the taking up of a prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Operator, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

116.  Any personal data relating to the Promotion will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the participants prior consent other than as indicated by these Terms and Conditions.

 

117.  This promotion is governed by English law and is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
