To help make your visit as comfortable as possible, we offer a dedicated Sensory Space designed for guests who may benefit from a quieter, sensory-friendly area. Accessible via our Guest Services, this thoughtfully designed space provides a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the outlet.

Autuism Evenings
Join us every Tuesday from 4pm - 8pm for our Autism Friendly Shopping experience which includes:
• Reduced lighting where possible
• Low level music on the malls and in-stores
• Quiet spaces in Guest Services located opposite Russell & Bromley and Under The Oak Picnic Area located opposite Nike
• Sensory box and ear defenders available from Guest Services
• Additional 10% discount with McArthurGlen Club for Carers
