Contributing positively to the life of our local communities

McArthurGlen Provence is committed to giving the best opportunities to its local people.

Ever since its creation, McArthurGlen Provence has been a strong economical and social actor in our territory. Our objective : multiplying our positive impact on the communities we are involved in.


Professional equality between men and women and quality of life in the workplace are permanent concerns in the company policy of MG RB Europe SAS and are in the center of Inclusion, Diversity and Wellbeing in the workplace policy implemented by the McArthurGlen Group. In this way, the Management is committed to promoting professional equity and equal pay and assert its dedication to respect the principle of no-discrimination between men and women. To apply concretely this principle, starting at the hiring process and throughout all the stages of the professional life, the Company is committed to ensure the equity of chances in access to employment, training, career management and wage evolution.

Among the initiatives launched in 2022 by the group :
- Implementation of a pilot coaching program for women coming back from a maternity or parental leave,
- Organization of mandatory webinars about diversity and inclusion for new collaborators,
- Implementation of an Inclusion, Equality and Diversity policy.

Since March 2024, we are certified conform to the requirements of the norm ISO45001 : 2018.



McArthurGlen Provence made education a priority. "Education for all" is one of the pillars of our action and community engagement, by improving technical and professional skills of our Center's staff and supporting educational institutions of our region.
As an extension of our direct action on employment, we assist employee's training and put in place, since our opening in 2017, specific programs for the region's youth and people undergoing vocational retraining. 

McArthurGlen Academy

An in-service training program created by the McArthurGlen group, to allow our brands to beneficiate from performing employees, aware of the best practices in hospitality and sales.
This program covers all the disciplines encountered in retail, such as reception and customer service, inventory management and logistics, visual merchandising, recruitment and team management, raw materials and manufacturing processes...
This way, we offer specific training for people undergoing vocational retraining or from other sectors of activity. These trainings take place regularly in our offices and allow candidates to prepare for the diploma "Salesman of excellence" and other domains such as catering professions for example.

Local talents


At McArthurGlen Provence, we are committed to serving as a visibility platform for all the different talents of our region.

A specific guidance program was put in place when we opened the Center for 50 young people from Miramas, project created in partnership with the city, organized in 2 sections : 

- "Envol", destined to young graduate. A professionalizing pilot project, unique in France, which allowed 18 young graduate of BAC+2 nivel to beneficiate from a dynamic path to employment.

- "Passeport", a qualifying initiative which allowed 32 young people to follow a training progam to obtain the professional title of "in-store sales consultant".

Finally, inclusion, equity and diversity are part of our daily concerns, pushing us to be an inclusive company on the social and economical plan and fighting for chances equity for all while making sure everyone finds in their place.
