TAX REFUND SERVICE

Claim and cash your VAT refund immediately after your shopping at the on-site office. Non-EU citizens that spend a minimum of €154,95 in a single day, in a single store can claim a tax refund on their purchases. To claim your tax refund: 1- Ask for a tax free form at the store’s cash desk. 2- A valid passport and credit card will be required. 3- Take your form to our on-site tax refund office and receive your refund in cash. 4- At the airport, get your form stamped at Customs. 5- Ensure items are unused and unworn as they may need to be shown at Customs.
