TERMS OF PARTICIPATION FOR RAFFLE “KEUKENHOF”

These terms of participation relate to the "Keukenhof" Promotion taking place from 3 until 6 April 2025, during which participants have a chance to win a getaway for two persons (hereinafter the "Promotion").

The promotion is an initiative of Designer Outlet Centre Roermond BV, a company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under no. 34130579, having its registered office and principal place of business at Stadsweide 2, 6041 TD Roermond hereinafter ‘DOC'.

1. The Promotion is open to participants who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.. Employees of DOC or any affiliate, subsidiary, advertising and promotion agency and their and their immediate family members and/or anybody having been involved in the preparation of this promotion in any way are excluded from participation. 
2. By entering into the Promotion the participants can win this: two shopping vouchers á €100 for Designer Outlet Roermond, free parking at Designer Outlet Roermond, a night for two at Grand Hotel Valies in Roermond in a double room incl. breakfast, two tickets and free parking for Keukenhof plus a restaurant voucher and a goodiebag. (Transportation is not included). In the event that tax on games of chance is due in relation to the Promotion, DOC will declare this tax to the tax authority. The tax will not be deducted from the (value of the) prize of the winner.

3. The prizes included in the Promotion are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other alternatives.
4. The prize won is not exchangeable with other prizes included in the Promotion.
5. In order to validly participate in the promotion, the participant must comment on the original “Keukenhof" post of DOC on Instagram between 3 and 6 April 2025.
6. Only one entry per participant per prize is allowed. Multiple entries by the same account will be disregarded.
7. Participants are not allowed to use more than one Instagram account to participate for the same prize. Participants that take part using multiple Instagram accounts will be disqualified.
8. Participation is free of charge.
9. The winner will be selected at random on Instagram from all eligible entries received, using a comment pickr tool.
10. The winner will be notified via a direct message and in the story on Instagram on 7 April 2025.
11. The winner will be invited to contact DOC through the indicated contact details to make arrangements to collect the prize at DOC's Guest Services Point, unless otherwise communicated by DOC.
12. If the winner explicitly waives his/her right to receive the prize, DOC is entitled to withdraw the prize for the initial winner and select a replacement winner.
13. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days after the notification as referred to in point 13, DOC reserves the right to withdraw the prize and either sell it and keep the proceeds, or to give the prize to a third party or charity.
14. The winner shall collect the prizes ultimately on 10 May 2025.
15. DOC is entitled to demand identification of the winner at the moment of collection. Refusal to provide appropriate means of identification will lead to exclusion from the contest.
16. DOC reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
17. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these terms of participation and the decisions of DOC, which are final and binding in all respects.
18. For the purpose of the Promotion, communicating with and about the winner as well as inviting the winner to collect its prize DOC will process personal data of the winner. The participant consents to DOC making its name public and sharing its Instagram handle in the event that the participant is the winner. 19. DOC reserves the right to exclude from the Promotion participants it considers to be abusing the Promotion, either by not fulfilling these terms of participation, acting fraudulently or influencing or trying to influence the outcome of the Promotion in undue ways. 
20. DOC reserves the right to exclude from the Promotion participants it considers to be sending in comments containing lewd, offensive, sexually explicit, offensive or discriminating language or image(s), or any other profanity, obscenity or illegal elements.
21. Complaints regarding the Promotion, can be submitted in writing to marketing.nl@mcarthurglen.com. DOC will assess eventual complaints and revert to the complainant within 14 days of receipt of the complaint. If the complaint is not resolved to the complainant's satisfaction, the complainant shall have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Gaming Authority.
22. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administrated by, or associated with Instagram.
23. Participants indemnify and hold harmless Instagram for any dispute or matter arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
24. DOC is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion.
25. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless DOC and its affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or the use of the prize. The Promotion and these terms of participation are governed by, and the provisions thereof will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
26. Any dispute or matter arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or these terms of participation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Limburg District Court, location Roermond, the Netherlands.
