Now that our doors have re-opened, we welcome you back to East Midlands Designer Outlet, where you can rediscover your favourite brands for up to 60% less.

The safety and welfare of our customers, brand partners and employees remain paramount and our re-opening is subject to any further Government regulations and guidelines. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates accordingly.

We can confirm that many of our food and drink partners have re-opened, with restaurants and cafes offering takeaway and some now offering dine-in options. Please see below for more information on the measures in place or visit individual restaurant pages for individual booking policies and new ways of operating. Our toilet facilities including baby changing are open, however, our children’s play area remains closed in accordance with government guidelines.

The safety of our employees and customers is of the utmost importance to us. The social distancing and safety measures we are taking are in line with the most up-to-date advice from our local health authorities and in accordance with Government guidelines. This includes managing visitor numbers within these guidelines to regulate footfall and the introduction of socially distanced queuing systems.
We are pleased to confirm that some of our food and drink partners have re-opened. In line with Government guidelines, we will be increasing cleaning where food and drink are consumed and operating queuing systems where appropriate. While we will have seating available throughout our centre and in our food court, this will be limited and monitored by our facilities team. We will update the individual restaurants’ pages on our website regularly, so please check online for further information before planning your visit.
The safety of our employees and customers is paramount. The social distancing and safety measures we have taken to re-open our food court are in line with the most up-to-date advice from the health authorities and in accordance with Government regulation. We have provided hand sanitisers throughout the common areas of our centre and have adopted a cleaning regime that ensures public spaces and high touch points are regularly disinfected, this includes areas where food and drink will be consumed. We are implementing additional social distancing measures, including queuing systems in our food court, to ensure we are operating as safely and effectively as possible.
