Ahead of travelling to the Isle Of Man TT, Joey will be making an appearance at York Designer Outlet on Wednesday 20th April 10am-2pm. Current and new fans alike will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with both the world class rider and the incredible bike that he will be riding in 2022.
Joey’s bike will be on display at the North Entrance, with the rider himself around from 10am-2pm for a chat, signings and pictures. Everyone who pays Joey and the team a visit will receive 20% off at LUKE 1977’s York store!
About Joey
24-year-old Yorkshireman Joey Thompson is a prodigious talent. A road race star, the York-born motorcycle rider was the youngest ever Isle Of Man TT competitor upon debut in 2017. He has already secured a 5th placed finish at the ionic TT, alongside an impressive double podium at the legendary North West 200, all despite his tender years.
Joey has a loyal band of followers in the Yorkshire area and beyond and is keen to once again display his skills on the notoriously tricky roads of the Isle Of Man.
Thompson will be riding for the legendary Wilson Craig Racing team in 2022, following in the footsteps of road race legends such as William Dunlop and Guy Martin
Joey has also teamed up with British menswear brand LUKE 1977 for this season. ‘Joey Yorkshire’ will proudly display the brand’s logo on his bike and leathers, as well as looking the part off the track in LUKE’s latest offerings.
