In return, we would like the trade partners to confirm that the below requirements are fulfilled.
- ITINERARY: Travel agencies provide product itineraries including Designer Outlet Roermond
- PROMOTION: Travel agencies promote Designer Outlet Roermond via own marketing channels.
- ROERMOND STAY: Groups stay at outlet for 3 hours minimum.
Group Bookings
BOOKING
- Travel agency books the group on the Booking Portal a minimum of 2 weeks prior to group visit.
- Travel agency sends an excel file to TripOdeck (McArthurGlen Distribution Hub) to order the Tulip Garden tickets.
- The travel agency needs to include the Group Booking confirmation number (Booking ID), date and time of visit.
- The total pax number needs to be same at both reservation.
- TripOdeck will send to the agency a digital group voucher for the entrance tickets at Tulip Garden.
CANCELLATION
- If the group uses the garden ticket but cancels visit to the Outlet or does not show up at Roermond outlet, MG charges a fee of €18.5 per person.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
The group needs to Check-in & Check out at Roermond Guest Service to ensure the stay is at least 3 hours.
Tour Ledaer need to show up at Guest services with the reservation QR code and with the full group to allow counting.
The same tour leader will need to visit Guest Services at the end of shopping day with the same QR code to allow check out.
If Tour leader fails check out or the stay less than 3 hours, MG charge a fee of €18.5 per person.
