Non-EU citizens can make their shopping experience even more rewarding by receiving a tax refund on all products purchased in participating stores at McArthurGlen Paris-Giverny. All you need to do is:
Visit Guest Services with all your receipts where we will process your tax refund on-site;
When you are at the airport and about to leave the European Union, show customs officials your purchases, your receipts and your passport. They will validate the refund.
To be eligible you must:
Be resident outside the EU
Be over 16 years old
Have purchased a minimum of €175.01 in participating stores on the same day.
- McArthurGlen Paris-Giverny has a huge parking area, where you can park your car directly next to the Outlet for free.* In addition, there is a motorbike park next to the electric car park. *The parking area is open regarding the opening hours of the Centre.
- Our centre has an electric car park with 120 spaces, where you can recharge your electric car during your shopping session.

Our Center has a cash machine, where you can withdraw cash money if preferred.
Little ones can have fun on our kids playground.
You are welcome to bring your dog along to the Designer Outlet Paris-Giverny. You will find drinking trough for dogs. For safety reasons, all dogs must be kept on a leash in all parts of the Centre. Dogs are only allowed in some of the stores.
Important: Don’t leave your dog in the car.
There are lockers available for free located near the playgorund area.
