TERMS OF PARTICIPATION FOR RAFFLE “PERFECT DAY OUT”
The promotion is an initiative of Designer Outlet Centre Roermond BV, Stadsweide 2, 6041 TD Roermond, Chamber of Commerce no. 34130579, hereinafter ‘DOC'.
- A participant must be 18 years or older. Employees of DOC or any affiliate, relatives of such employees and/or anybody having been involved in the preparation of this promotion in any way are excluded from participation.
- By entering into the promotion the participants can win this price:
- 2x €75 Gift Card for Designer Outlet Roermond
- free parking at Designer Outlet Roermond
- 2x Day passes for theme park Efteling incl. free parking
- a night for two persons in a double room at Hotel Valies, Roermond
Any taxes on games of chance will be paid by DOC.
- Participation is free of charge.
- Each participant can only validly participate once. It is not allowed to use more than one Instagram account.
- In order to validly participate in the promotion, the participant must comment on the original “Perfect Day Out" post of DOC on Instagram between 29 April and 5 May 2024. The winner will be selected at random and informed on 6 May 2024 via direct message on Instagram. The winner will be invited to contact DOC through the indicated contact details to make arrangements to collect the price.
- A participant sending in a comment containing lewd, offensive, sexually explicit, offensive or discriminating language or image, or any other profanity, obscenity or illegal elements will be excluded from the promotion.
- For the purpose of the promotion, communicating with and about the winning participant as well as inviting to the winning participant to collect its price DOC will process personal data of the participants. The winning participant consents to DOC making his/her name public including at the option of DOC a photo of the winner receiving the price on social media. - The price is not transferable or exchangeable for money. If the winning participant explicitly waives his/her right to receive the price or fails to contact DOC within one week after the announcement of the winner, DOC will be entitled to give the price to a third party or charity. The price can be redeemed until 31 July 2024 according to availability of the hotel (the winner has to get in touch with the hotel to arrange the overnight stay and inform DOC accordingly).
- DOC reserves the right to exclude participants it considers abuse the promotion either by not fulfilling these promotion terms or acting fraudulently or influencing or trying to influence the outcome of the promotion in undue ways.
- DOC is entitled to demand identification of a participant. Refusal to provide appropriate means of identification will lead to exclusion from the promotion.
- The promotion and these promotion terms are governed by, and the provisions thereof will be construed in accordance with Dutch law.
