Travel Restrictions
Local lockdown restrictions may mean that some guests are not permitted to travel to the centre at this time. We advise you to check the current British Government advice prior to planning your visit: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/full-list-of-local-restriction-tiers-by-area

Face Coverings
The health and safety of our staff and customers is of the utmost importance to us. The latest government guidelines advise that it is mandatory for customers to wear a face covering inside the stores at all shopping centres and in the public areas of indoor shopping centres. With this in mind, a face covering is obligatory in stores and highly recommended, but not mandatory, on the external malls.

Capacity In Stores
The social distancing and safety measures we have taken are in line with the most up-to-date advice from our local health authorities and in accordance with Government guidelines. This includes managing visitor numbers within these guidelines to regulate footfall and the introduction of customer counting and socially distanced queuing systems.

Catering
In accordance with Government advice, our dine-in restaurants will be closed on 26th December until further notice. However, some of our food and drink partners may choose to offer takeaway-only services. We will update the individual restaurants’ pages on our website regularly, so please check for further information before planning your visit.
