Following the UK Government’s latest update on Tuesday 9th June, Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet has re-opened
The safety and welfare of our customers, brand partners and employees remain paramount and our re-opening is subject to any further Government regulations and guidelines.
In preparation for re-opening, we have continued to follow the guidance of Public Health England and have been working closely with Chester & Cheshire West Council alongside Cheshire Police.

Good hygiene is key to minimising the spread of this virus, so we are increasing cleaning in public areas, including our toilets, and providing hand sanitisers throughout the centre.
Please respect the government guidelines on social distancing.
Face Covering Recommended
Current UK Government guidance states, “If you can, wear a face covering in enclosed public spaces where social distancing isn’t possible and where you will come into contact with people you do not normally meet”.
If you can use contactless payment options while shopping, please do.
We’ve been working closely with Chester & Cheshire West Council alongside Cheshire Police to form our social distancing plans.
In order to comply with social distancing guidance, there will be a significant reduction in permitted visitor numbers, in order to support this car park A, B, C and our multi-storey (ground level) will remain open but with reduced capacities.
Our stores will have designated queuing systems highlighted with yellow footprints and they will be limiting guest numbers within their space. Please expect waiting times to access the stores. We will be working hard to let you in, as soon as safe to do so. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
We’ll share on our website and social channels any temporary access restrictions for guests to help you plan your visit.
We recommend that you use our time table to plan your visit for quieter periods.
Monday 6th July - Sunday 12th July:
This is expected to be a calm shopping day. There might be waiting lines at some of our popular brands.
The centre is moderately busy and it is expected that there are queues at some of our brands.
Today we expect a large number of guests wanting to visit us. Please allow enough time for your visit, as it may come to longer waiting times due to queues. The Centre may have to temporarily prevent access from cars if we reach our capacity.
Our dedicated Traffic Management Team will be here to support entry when it’s safe to.
