Good hygiene is key to minimising the spread of this virus, so we are increasing cleaning in public areas, including our toilets, and providing hand sanitisers throughout the centre.

We recommend that you use our time table to plan your visit for quieter periods. The quietest times to visit are from 4pm Monday - Friday.
This is expected to be a calm shopping day. There might be waiting lines at some of our popular brands.
The centre is moderately busy and it is expected that there are queues at some of our brands.
Today we expect a large number of guests wanting to visit us. Please allow enough time for your visit, as it may come to longer waiting times due to queues. The Centre may have to temporarily prevent access from cars if we reach our capacity.

We’ve been working closely with Chester & Cheshire West Council alongside Cheshire Police to form our social distancing plans.
In order to comply with social distancing guidance, there will be a significant reduction in permitted visitor numbers, in order to support this car park A, B, C and our multi-storey will remain open but with reduced capacities.
Our stores will have designated queuing systems highlighted with yellow footprints and they will be limiting guest numbers within their space. Please expect waiting times to access the stores. We will be working hard to let you in, as soon as safe to do so. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
