Celebrate the upcoming national Taste Week "Semaine du Goût" by joining our Le Creuset store for a special event on Saturday 14 October at 12pm. Participate to a culinary workshop and discover how to master savory recipes using some of Le Creuset's iconic products.

Ingredients

1 rectangular puff pastry
250g of cherry tomatoes
2dl of cream
2dl of milk
4 eggs + 1 egg yolk
2g of salt
Freshly ground pepper
60g of grated cheese

- Preheat the oven at 200°C.

- Spread the pastry in a pie plate. Prick with a fork.

- Fill with dry beans or equivalent to avoid pastry base rising. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove dry beans.

- Cover the pastry base with cherry tomatoes.

- Mix the cream, milk and eggs. Add salt and pepper. Pour over the tomatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

- Cook for 30 minutes at 180°C.
For 12 mini-quiches

Cooking time 20 minutes

Ingredients

1 disc of puff pastry
30g of walnuts
50g of ricotta
50g of brie
1dl of cream
1dl of milk
2 eggs + 1 egg yolk
Freshly ground pepper
2g of salt
60g of grated cheese

- Preheat the oven at 200°C.

- Unroll the puff pasty and prick with a fork. Cut out 12 small circles in the size of your tins using a pastry cutter. Put each pastry circle in a tin. Fill with dry beans or equivalent to avoid pastry base rising. Cook for 10 minutes.

- Take out of the oven and remove the beans. Cover each base with walnuts, brie and ricotta.

- Mix the cream, milk and eggs. Add salt and pepper. Pour over the fillings. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

- Cook for 20 minutes at 180°C.
