Wagamama Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion is run by McArthurGlen UK Limited (“the Promoter”), company number 02810264, whose registered address is at Nations House, 103 Wigmore Street, London W1U 1WH.
  2. To claim the prize you must be: (a) a UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
  3. By claiming the prize you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  4. The recipient will win one £55 voucher to spend at Wagamama at McArthurGlen Bridgend.
  5. This prize must be claimed by 1 August 2023.
  6. There will be 1 winner.
  7. To enter the giveaway, you must tell us ‘who you'd like to share a Wagamama's with this Summer' commenting on the Instagram post.
  8. The competition closes at midnight on 8 August 2022. Winner to be announced on 8th August 2022.

  10. E-voucher only vaid at Wagamama Bridgend for dine in only, not valid for click & collect or delivery. 
  11. Wagamama reserve the right to withdraw competition at any time.

  13. No administration charges will be applied to the claiming the voucher.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age of any participant
  15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or gift voucher alternative is offered.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative equal or of higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so
  17. Claimants may be required to participate in publicity related to this promotion in any media which may include the publication of their name and photograph on the Promoter's social media accounts.
  18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the vouchers are lost, mislaid, damaged once the recipient has received their prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the vouchers to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  20. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend this promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  21. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  22. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  23. Nothing in these terms exclude the Promoter's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  24. By entering this promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with this entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer this promotion and as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.
