We do not accept intimidating, aggressive or derogatory behaviour of any kind towards other guests, our staff or our brands.

Criminal damage or vandalism against Centre property or retailers is illegal and we will inform the police.

No one likes a ‘litter bug’. Please dispose of your rubbish responsibly using the bins provided.

Dogs

A number of our stores are dog friendly, just look out for the paw print in store windows to find out which stores are happy to welcome your four-legged friend.

If you do bring your dog to the centre, we kindly ask that you keep them on a lead at all times, and don’t leave them unattended or unsupervised. Please also don't forget to clean up after them! If you’re caught short, you can grab a doggy relief bag from Guest Services. 

Photography/Filming

Selfies are encouraged, but for any professional photography or filming please contact us in advance, as you will need permission from the centre management team.

Filming, photography or sketching of the building’s infrastructure, or any members of staff, is not permitted under any circumstances. We retain the right to refuse photography, filming and sketching at any time.

Leafleting

We do not allow leafleting, canvassing or the conducting of third-party interviews or surveys anywhere in the centre or grounds, unless written permission has been granted from the Centre management team.

Bicycles

Whilst we welcome all cyclists, we ask that bicycles are dismounted when on the malls. Our centre can become busy at times, and we want to ensure the safety of all of our guests. You will find our bike storage facilities located in the lower ground double-deck car park, in Car Park C.

Parking

We offer a number of free and accessible car parking spaces across the centre for all of our guests. If you would like to book Premium Parking, this is available to book for £7.50 per day and includes a reserved car parking space, 10% discount voucher, exclusive brand offers and a complimentary handsfree shopping pass.

Play Area

Our Play Areas has been customised to deliver a one-of-a-kind experience for our younger visitors, we kindly request that you ensure your child/children are supervised at all times. Food & drink, alongside dogs, bikes and scooters are not allowed within the play area.
