This promotion is run by Designer Outlet Center Roermond BV, whose registered address is Stadsweide 2, 6041 TD, Roermond, The Netherlands.
• To claim the prize you must be: (a) a Dutch, Belgian or German resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
• The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age of any participant.
• To enter the promotion, the participant must upload a photo of the participant on the flower swing in Designer Outlet Roermond to the Instagram feed, with "#roermondoutlet" in the caption.
• The prize entitles you to: 1 x € 50McArthurGlen gift card. This GiftCard can be redeemed at participating stores in Designer Outlet Roermond.
• The opening date for entries to the prize draw is at 09:00 CET on 01 January 2024 and the closing date of the prize draw is at 10:00 CET on 31 December 2024. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
• On the first date of each month from 01 January 2024 until 31st December 2024 a winner will be randomly selected from all eligible participants.
• The winner will be notified via Instagram.
• This prize must be collected from McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Roermond in person. If the winner does not respond within 20 days of being notified as a winner, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
• Only one prize will be given away.
• By agreeing to accept the prize you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative equal or of higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
• This promotion is not open to: (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
• Claimants may be required to participate in publicity related to this promotion in any media which may include the publication of their name and photograph on the Promoter's social media account
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes that are lost, mislaid, damaged once the prize has been posted.
• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend this promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
• Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
• Nothing in these terms exclude the Promoter's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
