CERTIFICATIONS
Serravalle Designer Outlet annually renews the ISO and BREEAM certifications.
What are they?
ISO is an acronym that indicates the most important world organization for the definition of technical standards, International Organization for Standardization.
The certifications held are related to sustainability (ISO: 14001), energy management (ISO: 50001), occupational health and safety (ISO: 45001) and quality control (ISO: 9001).
BREEAM is also an acronym, Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method, which represents one of the most important certifications at an international level, the objective of which is to monitor and evaluate the environmental impact of buildings.
The annual renewal through assessments carried out by external certifiers bears witness to the care taken by careful and responsible management not only towards its own organization and those who work there, but also towards the customers who choose it every year to spend a day dedicated to shopping and fun.

WASTE SORTING
We promote separate waste collection in the common areas of the Centre.
Over 80% of the waste is recycled through a process in which all the Brand Partners of the Center are involved.
ENERGY AND WATER
We use 100% green electricity.
We carry out biennial water and energy audits.
In the Center there is a recycling system of rainwater used for irrigation.
CONTROL AND SAVE
An automatic control device for programmed switching on and off of the lights, hydraulic activation, etc. allows us to limit the waste of energy and water and warns immediately in the event of anomalies.
