Though Scotch & Soda has been around since the ‘80s, the Amsterdam-based fashion brand as we know it today originates in a brave new start in 2001, when three new owners joined their broad experience and shared love for making great garments. The brand currently holds over 94 Scotch & Soda stores worldwide, more than 7000 other sales points and a fully up to date online presence with integrated webstore, blog and social media.

After locations in Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp and The Hague, this is now the 5th location of the success concept of star chef Sergio Herman.

Before the first location of Frites Atelier opened in The Hague in 2016, a 1.5 year process of perfection of the ultimate fries took place. Inspired by the infinite diversity of the potato and out of love for the catering profession and craft, Frites Atelier was born with one goal: to prepare super delicious fries with sensational toppings in a tasteful setting. Sergio has since expanded the snack range with luxury snacks such as an extensive croquettes collection and surprising burger combinations.

Roosendaal is the first franchise location of the fast casual Frites Atelier concept. The operation is in the hands of Vermaat Group. With 162 m2 the Atelier offers seats to 85 guests and fulfils the needs of the day visitors of Designer Outlet Roosendaal; high quality catering. The location is therefore the ideal place for Frites Atelier; because visitors like to be tempted here for a culinary stop.
