In accordance with Government advice, our catering units - outdoor and indoor areas - will re-open to the public with specific conditions.

Outdoor catering areas may be open for guests under the following conditions:

  • The guests must have fixed seats.
  • The contact details of the guests are to be collected
  • A maximum of ten people can sit at one table, not counting children under the age of 14 from the respective households. Also, fully vaccinated persons (in principle two vaccinations and at least 14 days since the second vaccination) and convalescent persons do not count toward the ten-people-limit and these persons may also be seated at the table if they are able to prove that they have been vaccinated by presentation of a vaccination card or vaccination certificate, or that they have been able to prove that they are fully recovered.
  • Guests who are only served outside of closed rooms do not need a negative test. If these guests have to enter the interior of the restaurant to use the toilet, no negative test is required.
  • The obligation to wear medical-standard masks (FFP2) in closed spaces remains generally unchanged. Furthermore, it is recommended to also wear a face covering outdoors and it is mandatory in situations where social distancing cannot be ensured, e.g. queues.

Indoor catering may be open for guests under the following conditions:

  • The guests must have fixed seats.
  • The contact details of the guests are to be collected
  • Either only persons from the same household or a maximum of five people from two households can sit at one table, excluding children under the age of 14 belonging to one of the two households, fully vaccinated persons (in principle two vaccinations and at least 14 days since the second vaccination) and recovering persons. These persons may also be seated at the table if they are able to prove that they have been vaccinated by presentation of a vaccination card or vaccination certificate, or that they have been able to prove that they have been recovered.
  • For the use of indoor catering, the presentation of a negative Corona test based on a sample collected less than 24 hours prior to shopping is valid.
  • Children under six years of age, fully vaccinated and recovered people do not require a negative test for the use of indoor catering.
  • It is mandatory to wear FFP2 masks or medical masks; guests are only allowed to remove them at the table.
  • In addition, the general health and safety measures apply.
