Indoor areas of restaurants and catering facilities
From Monday the 23rd August 2021, an update to the existing regulation of the state of Schleswig-Holstein takes effect. Under the revised regulations, indoor areas of restaurants and catering facilities can open for guests as follows:
- Guests must register their contact details
- Indoor areas may only be used by fully vaccinated or convalescent persons or those with a negative test. The test must be a negative PCR- or Antigen test and must be based on a sample given within the last 48 hours at the time of their visit.
- Children up to 7 years of age
- Minors attending school that can show proof of participating in a compulsory school scheme with testing twice a week
In fixed seating or standing areas, masks can as an exception be taken off provided a distance of 1,5m is upheld between tables or a partition is being used.
